Last week on Friday we stayed to set up for the FLL Regional that we host here at Carl Hayden. We had to wait until the play was over for we could take the lego tables onto the stage in the auditorium. We had to fix the lights, we had to set up the lego fields, and other stuff. On Saturday we had to host the FLL Regional. We got here around 7:00A.M. and the refs had too stay in the auditorium for the whole day because we were sort of behind schedule. So Meraz and Sergio brought two boxes of pizza and a bottle of Pepsi to the auditorium because all the refs and other people had to stay in their. So we could eat lunch and not leave the auditorium in case some teams had to make up a match. The three set of tables according to Ledge kept us on schedule. But they were a little confusing but with more people the three set of tables might work out. But I still prefer the two set of tables. Today we went to go talk with the book store to talk about the our account balances. Right know we are fixing the treasurer account balances. Last week we got the fiberglass and some people went to go pick it up. So now we have fiberglass for this year build season.

Yesterday Ledge left early because it was Halloween. But before we went home I went to talk with the bookstore lady because they messed up. I had to go to the bookstore ladies because they said we had less money in Non-tax but I knew we had more money in Non-tax. I looked at there balances of non-tax and they had some mistake in their balances. They didn't take off two things that were canceled. But they told me they had to call to the District office because they had no record of them ever being canceled. Tomorrow I am going to go check if they called the District office today I forgot to go because I went mentoring. They barely got their kit so I asked Kelly if she wanted to go with me and Stephanie because she knows who to build the kits. Today we finished the timer, the bacteria, the animals, and we almost finished the farm truck but we ran out of time. By next Wednesday they should be almost done or done with their kits because they build really fast. I have to turn a tax credit check in. I will probably do that tomorrow or later this week. But first I want to see if the bookstore has called the District office.

I took the ham radio class again this year during fall break. But this year I didn't fail the test this time I passed it. I already have my call sign it is KF7SDW. That is what I did during fall break. We finished six Lego kits but there is two kits left over because some elementary schools asked if they could borrow them because they had not gotten their kits. But they never came to pick them up. So we might still need to build those two kits. Next week I am going to go mentor J.B. Sutton because I haven't gone mentoring lately because I have been busy doing other stuff. I was planning on going mentoring this week but they are on fall break. I have to send out some thank you letters to people who donated this year. Today I am going to go after school to the library to print them out. This week the book store lady finally gave me the receipts for the tax credits that I have turned in. 

Today in the morning I went to go make copies of The Tax Credit brochure with Staphnie. We were running low on tax credits and we need a bunch more because we are going to  Railfair this weekend. Liz came this week on Wednesday and we signed six of the sponsor letters that we are going to send out. We also modified the Treasures account balance. I went to mentoring on Wednesday also, they still have not gotten their kits yet. But they are like doing some kind of obstacle course, for they can get practice. I have to print out sponsor letters out by today and then me and Liz have to signed them. So when we come back from Fall break we will sent them out.

This week I went to go mentor J.B. Suttton on Tuesday with Stephanie and Aaron. On Wednesday Stephanie went by herself because I knew Liz was coming after school so I stayed. To tell her what where doing and to update her. Like that we got some tax credit letters back. Today me and Jackie finished the Thank you letters and tomorrow we are going to send them out. We still have to send out Sponsor letters. But yesterday we agreed on that the sponsor letter looks good enough to be sent out. Yesterday we also had a ref and mentor meeting.

Today I was updating the requirements list. Yesterday we finally finished the donation letters, but I forgot to go take them to the office today because I had to go take a test in French after school. We are still working on the sponsor letter. Liz wants Maria to edit it so I am going to share it with her. Then after we are done with the sponsor letter we are going to start sending out sponsor letters. This weekend we are having the retreat. Next week I am going to start mentoring so I am going to try to finish the sponsor letter hopefully by Friday.

Me, Liz, and Jackie finally finished the donation letters and we are going to send them before Friday or Friday morning. We are also working on the sponsor letter and we are going to try to send those out before next Friday. We also have to make a reminder letter and then send those out to. We are going to get the receipts for the tax credits today or tomorrow. I also helped Carlos to make a jig for the fins that we are going to put on Martin's torpedo. Because the toypedos' fins are not 90 degrees so we are make fins that are 90 degrees for the torpedo.
